   Nope, had no problems. The one thing that could hold you back is whether you have a valid HBC Rewards card number. This wouldn’t be an HBC credit card, but the reward card.

   I can’t get the page up on either of the Bay contests

   i am having trouble with both sites also, but not consistently.I can usually get in one or the other.
