   The contest asks if you will go see the Julia movie, I said no, some contests make you feel like if you say you won’t be going to an event or subscribing to something then you lessen your chances of winning the prize,..

   A person should have an equal chance of winning..

   A lovely city indeed Ottawa- my father was from there, has since passed, but I would like to go back and see the Market, the buildings, the scenery and overall go to the events and see the diverse amount of people residing and visiting the nation’s capital..!
