Looks like you have to book some kind of travel, in order to get a ballot. I couldn’t find where to enter anywhere.
they do not have to force a person to purchase anything in orde to enter their contest! i emailed them and brought up this point and asked where their non purchase entry details are not posted in their rules..see if they have the courage to reply! ;-))))))))
not sure if it was there before but no purchase necessary is there now in section 3.7.
