Hi same problem, but I honest thought I deleted it by accident. I tried to E-Mail them but to no avail–so it turns out http://www.Labatts.com is the head of this company. So I sent an email explaining , I thought I deleted it by accident, but the more I think about it , I don’t remember receiving it. Will keep you posted.
