    All new computers at Staples come loaded with Windows Vista Premium. Mine is from there in January and I have had a few problems with the HP update more than the Windows update. Ofcourse the Norton protection also interferes with normal operation. Too bad my old computer with XP gave up the ghost so I had to get this one.
